Evoking the deep blues of the Scottish lochs, our Sapphire Bedroom offers commanding views to the south and west, taking in both of our gardens, the River Avon flowing in the strath below, and the Cromdale Hills beyond, allowing you to enjoy the mountain sunsets by the roaring fire of a Jøtul stove. The en-suite bathroom is tiled in marble and features a centrepiece bath, and a wet room area with a rainfall shower and body jets. Underfloor heating adds the extra touch of comfort even on the chilliest of mornings.

Our establishment features two premium bedrooms, both furnished with luxurious mahogany 4-poster beds and en-suite bathrooms, providing an ideal retreat for discerning guests.

Both bedrooms boast individual restored fireplaces, fitted with Jøtul woodburning stoves, creating a cosy ambience to unwind after a day of Highland exploration. Each room was thoughtfully renovated and adorned in bold yet soothing tones that echo the stunning beauty of the surrounding landscape, ensuring a restful and inviting environment.

The marble-tiled bathrooms are designed to a high standard and include all essential amenities, enhanced with premium upgrades such as underfloor heating, a spacious wet room area and an elegant centrepiece bathtub - a haven of comfort and luxury.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the property, and stream your favourite movies on the 50-inch 4K TV available in each room. The 15sqm en-suite bathroom is finished in marble and features a centrepiece bath offering garden and mountain views, and a wet room area with a rainfall shower and body jets. All with the extra layer of comfort provided by the underfloor heating.

Coach House Apartment

Inspired by the colours of the walled garden it overlooks as well as Strath Avon and the mountains beyond, the fully-equipped, one-bedroom apartment spans the converted loft of the Coach House dating back to 1854, the same year the Old Manse of Craggan was built. With a full-size kitchen / open-plan living space featuring a woodburning stove and a sofa bed, a wet room with a rainfall shower and underfloor heating, a king-size bedroom, an extra seating area, a laundry room and a drying room, the apartment provides all the facilities needed to enjoy a longer stay where Highlands and Speyside meet.
