Standard Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will be eligible for a full refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation cost. No-Show: If you fail to show up on the day of your reservation and do not provide prior notice of cancellation, you will be charged the full reservation amount.
3. Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider, although in most cases the process is significantly quicker.
4. Special Offers and Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain special offers, promotions, or non-refundable bookings may be subject to different terms. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
